Boron monoksida (B2O) adalah senyawa kimia yang terdiri dari boron dan oksigen. Dua penelitian telah mengusulkan keberadaan[1] and graphite-like[2] B2O yang mirip dengan intan. Namun, penelitian sistematis kemudian menunjukkan bahwa senyawa ini sebenarnya tidak stabil.[3] Ketidakstabilan B2O yang mirip grafit juga telah diprediksi secara teoretis.[4]
