Perforin (bahasa Inggris: perforin, PRFcode: en is deprecated ) adalah sitokin berupa protein yang diekspresikan oleh gen PRF1.^[3]^[4]^[5]

Perforin dapat ditemukan pada granul sel T CD8 dan sel NK. Setelah proses degranulasi, sekresi perforin akan tersisipkan pada membran sel dan membentuk sebuah lubang. Bagian perforin yang menancap pada membran tersebut adalah domain MACPF.^[6]

Perforin bersinergi dengan membrane-attack complex (MAC) yang dilakukan protein komplemen seperti C5a dan C5b.^[7]

Perforin juga berinteraksi dengan Kalretikulin.^[8]
