Interleukin-5, IL-5 (bahasa Inggris: eosinophil colony-stimulating factor, EDF, TRFcode: en is deprecated ) adalah sitokina sekresi sel T_H^[4] yang berperan dalam perkembangan dan diferensiasi sel B dan eosinofil.^[5]

Peningkatan rasio IL-5 dilaporkan terkait dengan asma dan sindrom hipereosinofilik,^[5] seperti eosinofilia.^[6] Tingginya rasio IL-5 juga ditemukan pada penderita penyakit Graves dan tiroiditis Hashimoto.^[7]
