CCL5 (bahasa Inggris: CCL5, Regulated upon Activation, Normal T-cell Expressed, and Secreted (RANTES)code: en is deprecated ) adalah kemokina peptida yang dikodikasi pada gen CCL5[4] pada kromosom 17.[5]

Protein CCL5 mempunyai massa 8 kDa, merupakan sitokina kemotaktik bagi sel T, eosinofil dan basofil.

Bersama dengan hormon IL-2 dan IFN-γ yang disekresi oleh sel T, CCL5 menginduksi proliferasi dan aktivasi beberapa sel NK untuk menjadi sel CHAK (bahasa Inggris: CC-Chemokine-activated killer cellcode: en is deprecated ).[6]

CCL5 yang disekresi oleh sel T CD8 dikenal sebagai faktor penekan virus HIV.
