Richard Anderson Falk (lahir 13 November 1930)^[1] adalah dosen emeritus hukum internasional di Universitas Princeton, Amerika Serikat.^[2] Ia merupakan penulis 20 buku dan penyunting 20 volume buku lainnya.^[3] Pada tahun 2008, Dewan Hak Asasi Manusia Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (UNHRC) menunjuk sebagai Pelapor Khusus Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa di bidang "Situasi Hak Asasi Manusia di Wilayah Palestina yang diduduki sejak 1967."^[4] Ia pernah dikritik oleh duta besar Amerika Serikat untuk PBB Susan Rice dan Sekretaris Jenderal Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa Ban Ki-moon atas pandangannya mengenai Israel dan serangan 11 September.^[5][6]
