Lee Tae-ran (Hangul: 이태란code: ko is deprecated ; lahir 25 Maret 1975) adalah aktris asal Korea Selatan. Ia paling dikenal karena perannya dalam drama Korea seperti Yellow Handkerchief, My Rosy Life, Famous Princesses, Wang's Family dan Sky Castle.
Pada tanggal 17 Februari 2014, diumumkan bahwa Lee akan menikah dengan pengusaha Shin Seung-hwan.[1][2] Pasangan ini mengadakan perayaan secara Kristen secara pribadi di Villa de Bailey di Seoul pada tanggal 1 Maret 2014.[3][4]
