Kejuaraan Eropa U-21 UEFA 2006 adalah pementasan ke-15 Kejuaraan Eropa U-21 UEFA. Pada Desember 2005, Portugal terpilih menjadi tuan rumah putaran final kompetisi yang berlangsung dari 23 Mei–4 Juni 2006. Turnamen tersebut dimenangkan oleh Belanda, yang mengalahkan Ukraina 3–0 di final.

Turnamen final menampilkan dua grup yang terdiri dari empat orang, dengan pemenang dan runner up dari setiap grup lolos ke semifinal. Pengundian untuk babak final grup berlangsung pada 8 Februari 2006.
