Francisco adalah satelit tak beraturan terdalam yang mengorbit Uranus.
Francisco ditemukan oleh Matthew J. Holman, et al. dan Brett J. Gladman, dkk. pada tahun 2003 dari gambar yang diambil pada tahun 2001 dan diberi penunjukan sementara S/2001 U 3. Dikonfirmasi sebagai Uranus XXII, namanya diambil dari seorang raja dalam drama William Shakespeare, The Tempest.[8]
