Vilen Mitrofanovich Strutinsky (bahasa Rusia: Вилен Митрофанович Струтинский; 16 Oktober 1929 – 28 Juni 1993) adalah seorang fisikawan nuklir asal Uni Soviet.[1] Strutinsky lulus dari sekolah menengah pada 1946 di Odessa (usai keluarganya dievakuasi ke Yekaterinburg pada Perang Dunia II).
