Theodore Martin McGinley[1] (lahir 30 Mei 1958)[2] adalah seorang aktor asal Amerika Serikat. Ia dikenal karena perannya sebagai Jefferson D'Arcy dalam sitkom televisi Married... with Children, Charley Shanowski dalam sitkom Hope & Faith, dan Derek dalam serial drama komedi Shrinking. Ia merupakan pemain tetap di Happy Days, Dynasty dan The Love Boat, dan dikenal karena memainkan peran jahat Stan Gable dalam film Revenge of the Nerds dan beberapa sekuel yang dibuat untuk televisi.
McGinley lahir dan dibesarkan di Newport Beach, California..[1] Kakek dari pihak ayahnya adalah seorang imigran Irlandia.[3] Ia bermain di tim polo air di SMA Newport Harbor.[4] McGinley kuliah di Universitas California Selatan, tetapi setelah mengejar pekerjaan sebagai model, ia keluar dan pindah ke New York pada tahun 1979.[5]
McGinley menikah dengan aktris Gigi Rice pada tahun 1991 dan mereka memiliki dua putra, Beau (lahir 1994) dan Quinn.[6] Mereka tinggal di Los Angeles.[7]
