National Broadcasting Company (NBC) adalah jaringan televisi Amerika Serikat. Kantor pusat berada di Gedung GE, Rockefeller Center, New York City. Logo NBC ini berupa burung merak sehingga kadang-kadang, NBC disebut Peacock Network.

Didirikan pada tahun 1926 oleh Radio Corporation of America (RCA), NBC adalah jaringan penyiaran utama di Amerika Serikat yang pertama. Pada tahun 1986, NBC menjadi milik General Electric setelah GE membeli RCA dengan harga AS$6,4 miliar. Setelah diakuisisi, CEO NBC adalah Bob Wright yang menjabat hingga pensiun. Wright digantikan oleh Jeff Zucker. Jaringan ini sekarang menjadi bagian dari konglomerat media NBCUniversal, unit dari General Electric dan Comcast.

Di Amerika Serikat, NBC dapat disaksikan oleh pemirsa di sekitar 112 juta rumah tangga, atau sekitar 98,6% pemirsa di AS. NBC memiliki 10 stasiun televisi yang dioperasikan sendiri, dan hampir 200 stasiun televisi yang berafiliasi di Amerika Serikat dan teritorinya.^[1]^[2]
