Holmes Rolston III (19 November 1932 – 12 Februari 2025) adalah seorang filsuf Amerika Serikat yang menjabat sebagai Profesor Terhormat Universitas Filsafat di Colorado State University. Ia terkenal karena kontribusinya pada etika lingkungan dan hubungan antara sains dan agama. Di antara penghargaan lainnya, Rolston memenangkan Penghargaan Templeton tahun 2003, yang dianugerahkan oleh Pangeran Philip di Istana Buckingham. Ia menyampaikan Kuliah Gifford, Universitas Edinburgh, 1997–1998. Ia juga bertugas di Dewan Penasihat METI (Messaging Extraterrestrial Intelligence).
