Guibert dari Nogent

Guibert de Nogent (sekitar tahun 1055 – 1124) adalah seorang sejarawan, teolog, dan penulis memoar otobiografi Benediktin. Guibert relatif tidak dikenal pada masanya, dan hampir tidak disebutkan oleh orang-orang sezamannya. Ia baru-baru ini menarik perhatian para cendekiawan yang lebih tertarik pada memoar autobiografinya yang luas dan kepribadiannya yang memberikan wawasan tentang kehidupan abad pertengahan.^[1]
