Francis Anthony Boyle (25 Maret 1950 – 30 Januari 2025)^[1] adalah seorang pengacara hak asasi manusia, teoretikus konspirasi COVID-19^[2] dan profesor hukum internasional di University of Illinois College of Law.^[3] Ia menjabat sebagai pembela untuk Bosnia dan Herzegovina dan mendukung hak penduduk asli dan orang Palestina.
