Ernle Dusgate Selby Bradford (11 Januari 1922 – 8 Mei 1986) adalah seorang sejarawan Inggris abad ke-20 terkenal yang mengkhususkan diri dalam topik angkatan laut dan dunia Laut Tengah. Bradford menjalani hampir 30 tahun mengarungi Laut Tengah, dan beberapa bukunya berlatar belakang tempat tersebut. Buku buatannya, The Journeying Moon menjelaskan beberapa perjalanan tersebut. Bradford tinggal di Kalkara, Malta selama beberapa tahun.

Putra dari paangan Jocelyn Ernle Sydney Patton Bradford dan istrinya, Ada Louise Dusgate, ia dididik di Uppingham School, Rutland. Ia juga bertugas dalam Royal Navy pada Perang Dunia II, meraih pangkat Letnan pertama.^[1]
