Dumfries and Galloway (bahasa Skots: Dumfries an Gallowacode: sco is deprecated , bahasa Gaelik Skotlandia: Dùn Phrìs is Gall-Ghaidhealaibhcode: gd is deprecated ) adalah satu dari 32 wilayah dewan bersatu di Skotlandia yang terletak di Southern Uplands sebelah barat. Dumfries and Galloway terdiri dari bekas county Dumfriesshire, Kirkcudbrightshire, dan Wigtownshire; dua county terakhir diberi nama Galloway. Pusat administratifnya terletak di kota Dumfries.

Pasca reorganisasi pemerintah daerah di Skotlandia tahun 1975, tiga county dileburkan menjadi satu wilayah tunggal bernama Dumfries and Galloway yang dibagi menjadi empat distrik. Sejak Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994, Dumfries and Galloway menjadi pemerintah daerah bersatu.
