Choi Il-hwa (lahir 9 Mei 1959) adalah seorang aktor asal Korea Selatan. Ia bergabung dengan Kelompok Teater Madang Sesil pada tahun 1983, dan sejak saat itu berlanjut berperan di teater, televisi, dan film di Korea.[1][2][3]
