Richard de Vere

Richard de Vere, Earl ke-11 Oxford KG (15 Agustus 1385 – 15 Februari 1417) merupakan putra dan pewaris Aubrey de Vere. Ia ambil bagian dalam persidangan Richard, Earl Cambridge, dan Lord Scrope atas keterlibatan mereka dalam Konspirasi Southampton, dan menjadi salah satu komandan di Azincourt pada 1415.
