Hugo Wallace Weaving (lahir 4 April 1960) merupakan seorang aktor Inggris. Dia berperan di film The Matrix trilogy, The Lord of the Rings trilogy, dan V for Vendetta. Dia pindah ke Australia pada tahun 1976. Dia lulus sekolah dari National Institute of Dramatic Art pada 1981.
